• To be in the country's Top 5 Most Successful Pharmaceutical Companies list with regards to profitability and financial health
• To remain the country's top and exemplary Medical Export Firm
• To create at least 300 full-time employment opportunities in the pharmaceutical and the related industries domestically
• To transfer technology and produce at least 10 economically viable Imported Key Item Drugs domestically

Tadbir Kalaye Jam Company has made its sole mission to facilitate access to affordable high quality pharmaceutical, dietary and supplement products to local communities. TKJ is active in trade and production of high quality pharmaceutical raw materials, medicines and supplements. TKJ is committed to serve its varied range of consumers from pharmaceutical to distribution companies, from food industry firms to medical community staff and ultimately the communities of its niche with high quality, reliable and quick service.

In fact, we have moved beyond Iranian borders to provide service worldwide. We have been the largest exporting firm for consecutive years exporting to various regions in four different continents: Central Asia and the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Central America. During its years of service, TKJ has been able to earn a good reputation in the Asian and European markets and is committed to maintain its good name and promote itself and its products in every market it enters.
